1. Information we collect

Account information

When you register, we collect a username, email address, password hash, account role, login time, account creation time, and moderation information such as bans. We do not store your plain-text password.

Uploads and public activity

We collect uploaded image files, titles, file metadata, image dimensions, file hashes used for duplicate detection, watermark status, upload time, view counts, comments, votes, reports, earnings-review status, and moderation records. Uploaded images are stored through Cloudflare R2 and may be delivered through a public media domain.

Earnings and withdrawal information

For the uploader earnings program, we store eligible and ineligible upload decisions, reward amounts, balance calculations, PayPal email addresses, withdrawal amounts, payment status, dates, and administrator notes. We do not collect or store your PayPal password or bank-card number.

Legal, copyright, and removal requests

When you submit a legal request, we collect the name, company, contact details, mailing address when provided, electronic signature, URLs, descriptions, declarations, and correspondence needed to investigate and respond. We also store a one-way hash of the submitting IP address and limited browser information for fraud prevention and request integrity.

Technical and analytics information

Servers, security systems, Google Tag Manager, and analytics services may collect IP addresses, approximate location, referral source, browser and device information, requested pages, page interactions, timestamps, session identifiers, error logs, and rate-limit records. The public online-user number is intentionally displayed as the recent session count plus 20 and should not be treated as a precise audience measurement.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide accounts, sessions, uploads, comments, voting, browsing, and search-engine metadata.
  • Watermark, store, deliver, resize, protect, and identify duplicate images.
  • Calculate uploader earnings and process manual withdrawal requests.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, unauthorized access, vote manipulation, and ban evasion.
  • Moderate content, investigate reports, protect adults from non-consensual distribution, and respond to legal requests.
  • Measure traffic, page usage, referrals, engagement, and performance through analytics tools.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the service.
  • Comply with law, enforce the Terms and Rules, and protect users, third parties, and the service.

Depending on your location, our legal grounds may include performing a contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security, moderation, fraud prevention, and operating the service.

3. Information visible to the public

Uploaded images, titles, usernames associated with posts, comments, votes, view counts, upload dates, and other post statistics may be public worldwide. Search engines, archiving services, advertisers, and other users may index, save, copy, or redistribute public material.

Deleting content from our service does not guarantee removal of copies made by third parties or search engines. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

4. How information is shared

We may share information with:

  • Hosting, storage, and delivery providers. This includes DirectAdmin hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare services, Cloudflare R2, and related network providers.
  • Analytics providers. Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics or other tags configured by the operator. These services may receive page URLs, referrers, device and browser details, approximate location, IP-derived information, and interaction data under their own privacy terms.
  • Advertising providers. Third-party advertisements may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information under the advertiser's own privacy policy. We do not control third-party advertising cookies.
  • Payment providers. PayPal receives the information needed to complete a requested payment. PayPal processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Professional advisers and contractors. Information may be shared with people helping operate, secure, audit, or legally advise the service, subject to appropriate duties.
  • Authorities and affected parties. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, report suspected exploitation or unlawful content, enforce rights, protect safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid copyright or privacy request.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for cash. Some targeted advertising activity may be considered a sale or sharing under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged directly for personal information.

5. Cookies, sessions, and similar technology

We use an essential session cookie for login, CSRF protection, flash messages, and account continuity. Login sessions are configured to last up to 30 days unless you log out, clear cookies, change credentials, are banned, or the session is invalidated.

Google Analytics tags configured through Google Tag Manager, Cloudflare, advertising providers, and other embedded services may set or read cookies or identifiers. Analytics cookies may be used to distinguish visits, measure traffic, understand page use, and attribute referrals. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent login or reduce the accuracy of analytics and other features. We currently do not guarantee a response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Retention

We retain account and service information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, settle earnings, enforce rules, resolve disputes, meet legal duties, and protect safety. Public posts remain until deleted by an administrator or removed through an applicable process.

Session and rate-limit records are generally short-lived. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion. Earnings, withdrawal, copyright, moderation, fraud, and legal records may be retained for several years when needed for accounting, evidence, compliance, or dispute resolution.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosures of personal information. You may also have a right to object to or opt out of certain processing.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] or use the Copyright and Removal form and select "Consent or privacy removal." We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the account or depicted content. We will not require more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

Requests may be limited where retention is required for safety, fraud prevention, legal claims, accounting, free-expression rights, or other lawful reasons. You may use browser controls and provider-specific opt-out tools to manage third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security and international processing

We use measures intended to protect information, including password hashing, HTTPS, CSRF protection, access controls, rate limits, restricted administrator pages, and private configuration files. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from those where you live.

9. Minors and prohibited content

The service is for adults only and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a minor has used the site or any content depicts a person under 18, immediately use the report link on the post and contact [email protected]. Do not download, redistribute, or attach suspected illegal material to a message.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy by posting a revised effective date. Material changes may also be announced on the site.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
