Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. The site is not intended for minors. You may not access, register, upload, comment, vote, or otherwise use the service if you are under 18.

Every person depicted in uploaded content must have been at least 18 years old when the content was created. Content involving or appearing to involve a minor is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another person's account.

Sessions may remain active for up to 30 days. You should log out on shared devices. We may require a password reset, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

3. Upload rules, rights, age, and consent

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Every person depicted was at least 18 years old when the content was created.
• Every depicted person knowingly consented to the creation and public distribution of the content.
• You own the copyright or have all permissions, releases, licenses, and other rights needed to upload and authorize our use of the content.
• The content complies with the posted Rules, including the close-up-only, no-face, and no-full-body requirements.
• The content is not stolen, secretly recorded, non-consensual, exploitative, trafficked, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
• You will provide reasonable proof of age, identity, consent, and rights if lawfully requested for a safety, legal, or moderation review.
• You comply with any recordkeeping, labeling, or verification law that applies to you or the content.

Do not upload government identification, financial information, contact details, or other unnecessary personal information. We may reject earnings, remove content, preserve evidence, or report content when these promises appear false.

4. License to operate the service and watermarking

You keep ownership of rights you hold in your upload. You grant PussyArchive.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, compress, transcode, watermark, display, distribute, and promote the content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and publicize the service.

The license includes use through our hosting, content-delivery, storage, moderation, and backup providers. It continues while the content is available and for a reasonable period in backups, logs, legal records, and dispute files after removal. A PussyArchive.com watermark may be permanently added to uploaded copies.

5. Uploader earnings program

Regular user uploads may be reviewed for a reward currently set at $0.25 per eligible image. Publishing is not a promise that an upload will earn a reward. Duplicate, infringing, prohibited, fraudulent, low-quality, administrator-uploaded, or otherwise ineligible images may receive no reward.

Eligible rewards become part of your account balance after review. The current minimum withdrawal is $10.00, and requests are paid manually through PayPal to the email you provide. You are responsible for accurate payment details, fees charged by payment providers, taxes, and any reporting obligations.

The program is promotional, does not create employment, partnership, agency, or guaranteed income, and may be changed, paused, or ended prospectively. We may withhold or reverse unpaid rewards connected to fraud, duplicate submissions, chargebacks, rights disputes, rule violations, or account abuse. Amounts already reserved or paid are handled according to the earnings records and applicable law.

6. Comments, votes, and prohibited conduct

You may not harass others, post threats, reveal personal information, manipulate votes, create fake engagement, evade bans, scrape the service excessively, upload malware, probe security, interfere with site operation, or use automated access without written permission.

Comments and account names must not be illegal, hateful, deceptive, personally identifying, or abusive. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate comments you submit as part of the service.

7. Moderation, deletion, and account enforcement

Images normally publish without pre-approval. That does not mean we endorse, verify, or guarantee them. Administrators may review, restrict earnings, remove posts or comments, limit features, preserve records, or suspend or permanently ban accounts at any time for suspected violations, safety concerns, legal requests, operational needs, or risk to the service.

We may act before completing an investigation. We are not required to restore content or accounts. You may report a specific post through its report link or submit a legal request through the Copyright and Removal page.

8. Copyright complaints and repeat infringers

Do not upload content that infringes copyright. We may remove material in response to a complete, good-faith notice and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Knowingly making a false copyright claim can create legal liability.

Instructions and the request form are available on the Copyright and Removal page. Counter-notice procedures may be provided to the affected uploader when required by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Public posts, usernames, comments, votes, and related statistics may be visible worldwide and copied by others.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, accuracy, authenticity, ownership, consent, fitness for a particular purpose, or that content will remain available or earn money.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies. We do not endorse user-submitted content and are not a party to agreements between uploaders, depicted persons, copyright owners, advertisers, or payment providers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PussyArchive.com and its owners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or unauthorized copying arising from the service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, total liability for all claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount we paid you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PussyArchive.com and its owners, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal costs arising from your uploads, your conduct, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes must be brought in state and federal courts located in Michigan.

Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to [email protected] and allow 30 days for an informal resolution attempt.

14. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes may also be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and posted Rules form the entire agreement regarding the service.
